I am now revealing what I am baking for the contest this year, featuring peaches!
It was supposed to be peach pound cake, but didn't turn out much like a heavy, very yellowed pound cake, so i am just calling it a moist peach cake (with peach butter glaze) it is moist and scrumptious! and vegan.
my grandpa and i picked a huge, whole mess of black raspberries on saturday afternoon. and so i made scones and jam. Then he was telling me about a jam cake his mom used to make, so i baked him up this cake.
"Yellow Black Raspberry Jam Cake" (vegan, o' course!)
