made pancakes this morning for parents and the special guest, chris. daunie doesn't like pancakes! these are the farm's pancakes.
yum.
they smell like donuts. and i made a kangaroo shaped pancake.
The Farm's pancakes recipe-
sift together:
1-1/4 c 50/50 flour. 2 tbsp. turbinado sugar. 2 tsp. baking powder. 1/2 tsp. salt.
mix together:
2 tbsp. oil. 1-1/4 c. water
make a well in the center of the dry ingredients and add wet. mix until all moistened. lumps are good! then spoon about 2 spoonfuls onto hot cast iron pan and cook on both sides. flip when bubbly.
