Adri visited yesterday, all day! and we did our first cooking show (finally!) All those days of laying on her floor watching food network (probably Jamie at Home) and talking about doing one, we finally did!
I set up a table in my kitchen and it was really sunny, so it was perfect for recording. First she made Wolffie's eggnog muffins from la dolce vegan, but my camera erased the video somehow, so we lost that one (she was dropping things, like whole nutmeg) Next we made an apple butter glaze (idea from daunie) for our muffins. Then we made B.B. Nog Scones, adapted from the Babycakes NYC bakery for scones. We sprinkled brown sugar on the tops of the scones last and then baked them. It was so much fun!!!
